All orders under £100.00 have a shipping charge of £3.50. Shipping for orders to the UK over £100.00 are shipped signed for at our expense.
If the actual shipping cost is considerably lower; a refund or credit will be given. It is usually credited to your card within 48 hours of your order being placed. This is at our discretion.
Some items need to be shipped as small parcels which involve higher postage costs. Some low value items would not be cost effective for us to ship without asking you to help cover the costs of the postage.
If the shipping cost is considerably higher, we reserve the right to request extra postage to cover the difference. We hope you understand.
We do our absolute best to ship all orders placed before 3pm on the same day. This often results in you receiving your order the next day however it can take from 3-4 business days. For international orders they are generally received within 7-10 days. Unfortunately, we are unable to guarantee this. If you would like guaranteed next day delivery, please contact us. This could incur an additional cost to postage.
If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.

You must inform us within 21 working days if the goods are lost or damaged in transit so we can make a prompt claim against the delivery company and correct the problem. Please quote your order number in correspondence.
You agree that proof of delivery supplied by our delivery company is sufficient evidence to establish that goods have been received.
We know of no documented cases of credit card fraud using our shopping system over the Internet. All credit card information is handled securely by Stripe.
